The build
This Honda DC5 Integra came into the Noizee Engineering workshop for a complete Motorsport Australia national-level roll cage setup, built for circuit racing.
Along with the six-point cage, we fabricated the seat mounts, dash bar and integrated steering column mounts so the whole setup worked together from the start.
Rather than building the cage first and trying to make everything else fit around it later, the car was treated as a complete motorsport package.

Built for Circuit Racing
This DC5 was being prepared for circuit racing, with Super TT and Improved Production discussed as the intended categories.
That meant the cage needed to do more than just fit inside the car. The seat position, dash bar and steering column setup all had to work together as part of the overall race-car build.
Integrating those components during fabrication keeps the setup cleaner and avoids having to work around the cage later.
The car was built for circuit racing, with Super TT and Improved Production identified as the likely competition categories.
Built In-House at Noizee Engineering
Every part of the cage and supporting fabrication was completed in-house at our Hawkesbury workshop.
The aim is simple: tight fitment, clean fabrication and a setup built around the actual vehicle rather than forcing a generic cage into the shell.
For dedicated race cars like this DC5, getting the cage, seating and steering position sorted together gives the rest of the build a much better foundation.

Why Build the Cage and Mounts Together?
On a dedicated race car, everything inside the cabin affects something else.
Seat height affects driving position.
The steering column needs to work with that position.
The dash bar needs to integrate cleanly with the cage.
Building those components together means fewer compromises later and gives the car a cleaner, more purposeful setup from the start.
It also gives you one fabrication job designed around the entire cockpit rather than a collection of parts added one at a time.
Keep the close-up fabrication shots front and centre. On a build like this, the detail is what sells the work.
