Custom Exhaust Fabrication
Built for Sound, Built for Performance
A custom exhaust isn't just about noise or annoying the neighbours. It's about flow, performance, and getting it built to suit your actual setup. At Noizee Engineering, we fabricate custom exhaust systems from our Hawkesbury workshop for performance builds, 4WDs, turbo cars, and street builds across Sydney and NSW.
Every exhaust we build is designed around the vehicle. Mandrel-bent bends, the right diameter for your power level, the right material for your application. If you want it done properly, this is where you come.
We work in stainless steel and mild steel depending on your budget and application. Stainless for longevity and looks, mild steel where budget is the priority. Either way, we can help
What We Build
Performance Exhaust Systems
From dump pipes to cat-backs, we build performance exhaust systems for turbo cars, naturally aspirated builds, and everything in between. If you're chasing power, a properly sized and fabricated exhaust is one of the best investments you can make.
4WD & Off-Road Exhausts
Your 4WD works harder than most cars and the exhaust system should be up to the job. We build custom exhaust systems for Patrol, LandCruiser, Defender, and all 4WD platforms, sized to suit lifted vehicles and engineered to last in tough conditions.
Turbo System Fabrication
Dump pipes, hot-side pipework, screamer pipes, wastegate dumps, we fabricate the full turbo exhaust system to suit your setup. The XF Falcon Barra in our portfolio is a good example: 3.5" dump pipe off a 91mm turbo with a Hypergate 45 wastegate and full screamer pipe setup.
Stainless Steel Exhaust Systems
Want it to last the life of the car and look the part? We fabricate full custom stainless exhaust systems including mandrel bent, TIG welded, and built to a finish you'd be happy to show off.
Street & Daily Driver Builds
Not every exhaust is a race car build. We build custom systems for street cars too! Whether you want a bit more sound, better flow, or to replace a rusted-out system with something that's actually built properly.
Why Custom Over Off-the-Shelf?

Off-the-shelf exhaust kits are built to fit a range of vehicles, which means they don't fit any of them perfectly. A custom-fabricated exhaust is designed around your car's specific layout, engine output, and existing modifications. The bends are in the right place, the diameter is matched to your power level, and nothing has to be hacked to make it fit.
For turbo cars especially, a properly designed exhaust can make a real difference to spool time, backpressure, and power delivery.
It's not just about sound, it's about the system working the way it should.

Exhaust Fabrication FAQS
What's the difference between mandrel bending and crush bending?
Mandrel bending uses an internal support to keep the tube's shape consistent through the bend, no kinking, no restriction. Crush bending is cheaper but creates oval-shaped bends that restrict flow. All Noizee exhaust fabrication uses mandrel bending.
What size exhaust do I need?
It depends on your engine and power output. Too small and you restrict flow; too large and you lose velocity. For most street turbo builds 2.5"–3" is the sweet spot. Big power builds (400kW+) may need 3.5" or larger. We'll advise on the right sizing for your setup.
Stainless or mild steel. Which should I choose?
Stainless is more expensive upfront but lasts significantly longer and looks better. Mild steel is cheaper and totally fine for builds where budget is the priority however it needs proper coating or paint to prevent corrosion. We can talk through the options for your build.
Can you fabricate exhausts for diesel 4WDs?
Yes. We build custom exhaust systems for diesel platforms including Patrol, LandCruiser, and Defender. If you've got a DPF delete or want to reroute around a lift kit, we can sort it.
Do you do exhaust repairs?
Yes! If you've got cracks, leaks, or damage we can repair or replace sections of your existing exhaust. Contact us with details and we'll advise on the best approach.
